nCandidates possessing a minimum of 3 years or more of relevant experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Project Coordinator (Research). However, candidates shortlisted with less than 3 years of relevant experience will be considered for the position of Senior Researcher.

nNew Delhi - 110070) Although the position is in Delhi, the APC- Research/Senior Researcher is expected to travel to various (3 states) both for research as well as project implementation and monitoring.

- Educational Qualification:



M.A in Police Sciences/Criminology /Social Work/Public Safety/Law or any other related field. However, candidates with Ph.D. in relevant domains will be preferred.n
- Researcher/Consultant with experience of 3 years or more (in the domains of policing, criminology, citizen-centric policing, gender- and child-sensitive policing) in universities, other research institutes, NGOs, think tanks, or consulting firms. (Minimum experience may be relaxed in exceptional cases at the discretion of the Project Director).n
- Proficiency in data collection and data analysis (Qualitative & Quantitative) & Report Writing.n
- Strong coordination and leadership skills for engagement with senior police officers, trainers, research staff and other research institutionsn
- High level of proficiency in computer skills.n
- Willingness and good health to undertake field visits (as and when required).n
- Valuable command over English and Hindi.n
