nWe are seeking a highly experienced People Manager with a strong foundation in IT Services Delivery and support. The ideal candidate has transitioned from a Delivery role, bringing deep operational insight, client-facing expertise, and a track record of managing end-to-end software delivery lifecycles. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on management of teams across QA and IT services, ensuring high performance, strong governance, and continuous improvement.
nKey Responsibilities:
nLeadership & People Management:

- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including QA engineers, Data engineers, support teams, and delivery professionals.n
