nSignature Dwellings is expanding its channel sales team in South Bengaluru. We're hiring Sales Sourcing Managers who bring an established channel partner network and a track record of converting that network into quality, site-visit-ready leads in residential real estate.
nWhat You'll Do

- Build and grow a network of channel partners (brokers, consultants, referral agents) across South Bengalurun
- Generate and qualify leads through your partner networkn
- Drive quality site visits and support the sales team through to conversionn
- Manage partner relationships end-to-end - onboarding, activation, and retentionn
- Track and deliver against sourcing/lead generation targetsn

- 2-5 years of experience in residential real estate sales or channel sourcingn
- An active, working channel partner networkn
- Proven sourcing and lead generation track recordn
- Target-driven mindset with strong relationship-building and negotiation skillsn
