- Strategic Finance: Lead project finance for Power, Solar, Wind, BESS & infra projects; & M&A.;n
- Governance & Planning: Build financial models, forecasts, MIS, and board presentations; ensure corporate governance excellence.n
- Treasury & Taxation: Oversee cash flow, hedging, forex, taxation (GST, Income Tax, FEMA, RBI compliance), audits & payroll.n
- Risk & Controls: Implement IFC, SOPs, SAP/ERP digitization, covenant compliance, and project risk assessments.n
- Leadership: Mentor 15+ finance professionals; foster collaboration across BD, Legal, Procurement & Operations.n





nCandidate Profile

- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA; LLB preferred.n
- 15–25 yrs in Renewable Energy / Infra / EPC.n
- Proven track record in large‐scale, and governance.n
- Robust expertise in treasury, taxation, project finance, and SAP digitization.n
- High integrity, transparency, and governance orientation.n
