nstudents and families through program selection and admissions decisions. The role focuses on
nunderstanding student goals, explaining academic pathways clearly, building trust, and converting
nenquiries into enrolments.
nThis position blends counselling, relationship -building, and admissions follow -up. The ideal candidate
nshould be comfortable speaking with students and parents, handling objections, and helping them make
ninformed education decisions.
nRole Description:
n• Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, virtual
nmeetings, and in-person counselling sessions




n• Provide one -to-one academic counselling and career guidance to students and working
nprofessionals exploring upskilling programs
n• Clearly explain course structure, curriculum, learning outcomes, fees, schedules, eligibility
nrequirements, and career support offerings
n• Act as a trusted advisor by mapping student goals to suitable programs across Data Science, AI,
nFinance, Cybersecurity, Analytics, and related domains
n• Qualify leads, nurture prospects, and conduct structured follow -ups across the admissions
nlifecycle
n• Convert warm leads into enrolments using consultative selling, objection handling, and
nrelationship-driven closing techniques
n• Manage the end -to-end admissions process — from initial inquiry through enrolment
nconfirmation and onboarding readiness
n• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow -ups, and conversion progress within internal
ntracking systems
