nAbout the Role
nWe are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer/Visualizer to join our creative team. You will work on a variety of client projects, including social media creatives, event posters, brand collateral, and digital marketing assets across industries such as fintech, lifestyle, heritage brands, and BFSI. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their design career to grow under mentorship while handling real client work.
nKey Responsibilities
n- Design creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), including static posts, carousels, and story formats.
n- Create posters, banners, and promotional materials for client events and campaigns.
n- Assist senior designers with brand identity projects and marketing collateral.
n- Ensure designs adhere to client brand guidelines (colors, fonts, tone).




n- Incorporate feedback quickly and iterate on design drafts.
n- Prepare print-ready and web-ready files as needed.
n- Stay updated on design trends relevant to digital marketing.
n- Collaborate with the content and social media teams to align visuals with messaging.
n- Manage multiple design requests within deadlines across different client accounts.
nRequirements
n- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
n- At least 2 years of experience
n- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; familiarity with Canva is a plus.
n- Basic understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
n- Excellent video editing and creation skills for reels, short-form social videos, and basic motion graphics (experience with Premiere Pro, CapCut, or After Effects is advantageous).
