nJob Summary -
nPolicybazaar is looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support and guide
nCustomer Support/Sales teams by driving operational excellence, improving team productivity,
nand ensuring process compliance. The ideal candidate should possess solid analytical skills,
nteam handling experience, and expertise in Advanced Excel.
nKey Responsibilities -
n- Provide process guidance and floor support to Customer Support/Sales teams.
n- Coach and mentor team members to improve productivity and performance.
n- Monitor team performance and identify process improvement opportunities.
n- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.




n- Analyze operational metrics and share actionable insights.
n- Coordinate with Operations, Training, and Quality teams to improve business
nperformance.
n- Ensure adherence to company processes and quality standards.
nMandatory Requirements -
n- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
n- Customer Support Team Handling experience is Mandatory.
n- Hands-on experience managing Attrition, Shrinkage, Productivity, and Team
nPerformance.
n- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,
nINDEX-MATCH, MIS Reporting).
n- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n- Regional Language is Mandatory:
n- Graduation is Mandatory.
