nRole Overview:
nWe are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Preparer/Reviewer with hands-on experience in U.S. taxation to support accurate and timely tax compliance and filings.
nKey Responsibilities:

- n
- Prepare and/or review U.S. tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 1041, etc.)n
- Analyze financial data and supporting documents (W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, etc.)n
- Perform basic tax computations including depreciation, estimates, and adjustmentsn
- Ensure accuracy, completeness,



and adherence to firm standardsn
- Identify discrepancies and escalate for reviewn
- Assist with extensions, amendments, and compliance tasksn
- Maintain organized workpapers and documentationn

nTools & Software: UltraTax, ProConnect, Lacerte, Drake (preferred)
nRequirements:

- n
- 3+ year experience in U.S. Taxationn
- Strong understanding of tax concepts & compliancen
- Good attention to detail and time management skillsn
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environmentn
