nWe are now launching Spego, our consumer-facing sauce brand, into the retail and B2C market across General Trade, Modern Trade, and Quick-Commerce platforms.
nThis is not a maintenance sales role. This is a brand-building role.
nWe are looking for a strong FMCG sales qualified who can be part of the Spego Launch Team and help build our retail distribution, market presence, and sales engine from the ground up.
Role OverviewnThe Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for launching and expanding Spego across retail markets, distributors, general trade, modern trade, and key accounts.



The role requires a hands-on sales leader who understands FMCG food distribution and can build markets with ownership.

- Build and execute the retail sales launch plan for Spego.n
- Appoint, manage, and grow distributors across priority markets.n
- Drive General Trade and Modern Trade expansion.n
- Develop relationships with supermarkets, retail chains, gourmet stores, wholesalers, and institutional buyers.n
- Build primary and secondary sales systems.n
- Plan sales targets, schemes, market visits, and monthly business reviews.n
- Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and shelf presence.n
- Work closely with internal teams on pricing, packaging feedback, demand planning, and launch execution.n
- Track competitor activity in sauces, mayonnaise, ketchup, spreads, and condiments.n
