- Conducting center visits for operational supportn
- Conducting regular Academic audits for the centersn
- Orientation programs for parents and teachersn
- Ensuring high standards of quality at the centersn
- Regular Mentoring of all centers in and around the territory assignedn
- Ensuring regular teacher and CLO trainings for the assigned centersn
- To maintain centers as per LMEPL normsn

nDesired Skills

- Should be familiar with the preschool industryn
- Preschool Franchising knowledge, an added advantagen
- The candidate should be comfortable with travelling for 15 days in a monthn
