nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Leader with a proven track record of selling Employee Health Benefits, Group Health Insurance, Corporate Wellness, OPD, Preventive Healthcare, and Employee Benefits solutions to large enterprises across India.
nThis is a strategic hunter role responsible for owning the complete enterprise sales lifecycle, developing new business, building CXO relationships, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth across the West Region (Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and surrounding markets).
nKey Responsibilities

- Drive end-to-end enterprise B2B sales for Employee Benefits and Health Insurance solutions.n
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting and enterprise account acquisition.n




- Sell consultatively to senior HR and business stakeholders, understanding workforce and advantages challenges.n
- Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to solution presentation, commercial negotiations, and deal closure.n
- Personally close strategic enterprise opportunities rather than handing deals to the team.n
- Build trusted relationships with CXOs and key decision-makers across target accounts.n
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team.n
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue planning, and business growth.n
- Expand business across large enterprises and mid-market organizations throughout the West region.n
