nThe Production Qualified and Technical Coordinator positions may be treated as priority and specialized appointments rather than routine replacements.
nThe required personnel must possess demonstrated experience in:

- Production planning and execution of large-scale institutional events.n
- Sound, lighting, LED walls, stage infrastructure and live-streaming systems.n
- Technical vendor identification, negotiation, deployment and performance monitoring.n
- Preparation and scrutiny of technical specifications, BOQs and production layouts.n
- On-site troubleshooting and execution under compressed timelines.n
- Simultaneous management of multiple venues and event requirements.n
- Maintenance of event-wise production records, inventories, rate cards and vendor databases.n

nRequired Skills & qualifications:

- Bachelor's degreen
- 1–3 years of experience.n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.n
- Customer service orientation.n
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Excel).n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.n
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.n
