- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.n
- Proficiency in relevant architectural design and coordination software.n
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Develop and refine architectural design concepts for large-scale residential projects.n
- Support the Team Lead in preparing concept design options and incorporating management feedback.n
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, HVAC, Landscape, Interior and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution.n
- Manage and mentor associate architects while ensuring timely delivery of presentation, approval and Valuable for Construction (GFC) drawings.n
- Conduct regular site visits to review construction progress, resolve design-related issues and ensure design intent is maintained.n
- Drive the adoption of new design technologies and promote continuous learning within the team.n
nRegulatory Approvals & Liaison

- Coordinate with liaison consultants, architects and statutory authorities to obtain required project approvals.n
- Represent the organization before regulatory authorities, including MOEF/SEAC, for statutory clearances.n
- Review and validate sanction drawings before submission.n
nTechnical Review & Documentation

- Review area statements, sale drawings and agreement drawings with reference to approved plans.n
- Review and approve GFC drawings across all disciplines, including: Architecture, Structural, Electrical,
