nAny Graduate (Bachelor's Degree Mandatory)

nRequired Skills
nMinimum 1.6–4 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
nHands-on experience in AR Calling (Voice Process)
nStrong expertise in Denial Management
nExperience in handling Insurance Follow-ups and Denied Claims
nKnowledge of Medicare, Medicaid & Commercial Insurance
nFamiliarity with EOB, ERA, CPT, ICD-10 & HCPCS is preferred




nGood communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
nAbility to achieve productivity and quality targets
nKey Responsibilities
nFollow up with insurance companies on denied medical claims
nAnalyze denial reasons and initiate corrective actions
nProcess appeals, reconsiderations, corrected claims & resubmissions
nMaximize reimbursements through timely claim resolution
nMaintain accurate documentation in the billing system
nCoordinate with Coding, Billing & Payment Posting teams
nMeet productivity, quality, TAT and SLA targets

nStrong verbal communication skills
nExperience in Denial Management is mandatory
