nKey Responsibilities
nFacilities Operations
n
- n
- Manage daily operations of office facilities, ensuring uninterrupted business operations.n
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, UPS, DG sets, lifts, and other building systems.n
- Monitor building management systems (BMS), access control, CCTV, and fire alarm systems.n
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, landscaping, and pest control services.n
- Manage workplace requests through ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution.n

nVendor & Contract Management

- n
- Manage facility service providers and contractors.n
- Monitor vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).n
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and audits.n
- Verify vendor invoices and support payment processing.n
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procurement policies.n
