nThe Vice President – Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end revenue cycle operations, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and enhancing client satisfaction. The role focuses on optimizing processes, maximizing revenue realization, and building scalable, high-performing RCM operations.

nStrategic Leadership

- Define and execute RCM strategy aligned with organizational goalsn
- Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and scalabilityn
- Partner with executive leadership on long-term growth initiativesn
- Lead transformation initiatives including automation and digital adoptionn

nOperations Management

- Oversee end-to-end RCM lifecycle including:n
- Patient/Client onboarding, eligibility & authorizationn
- Charge capture, coding (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS where applicable)n
- Claim submission & clearinghouse managementn
- Payment posting and reconciliationn
- Accounts Receivable (AR)



follow-ups and collectionsn
- Denial management, appeals, and write-offsn
- Establish and maintain productivity, quality, and TAT standardsn

nFinancial Management

- Drive revenue realization, collections, and cash flow improvementn
- Reduce AR days and minimize denials and revenue leakagen
- Track and improve key financial metrics and KPIsn
- Manage budgets, cost optimization, and profitabilityn

nCompliance & Quality Assurance

- Ensure adherence to industry regulations (CMS, HIPAA, payer guidelines)n
- Maintain audit readiness and compliance standardsn
- Implement quality assurance frameworks and continuous improvement initiativesn
- Lead internal audits and corrective action plansn

nClient & Stakeholder Management
