Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
n● Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for commercial office spaces.
n● Create high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs for client presentations.
n● Develop detailed Revit models, drawings, and documentation.
n● Prepare design development drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation in Revit.
n● Coordinate with project managers, vendors, consultants, and execution teams.
n● Conduct site visits and ensure designs are implemented as per approved plans.
n● Assist in material selection, furniture specification, and finish schedules. '
n● Ensure compliance with design standards, building regulations, and project requirements.
n● Revise designs based on client feedback and project needs.
n● Maintain project documentation and design records.
nRequirements:
nTechnical Skills:
n● Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
n● Expertise in SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar visualization software.
n● Proficiency in AutoCAD.
n● Positive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and presentation tools.
n● Experience in creating photorealistic renders and walkthroughs.
n● Understanding of commercial interior fit-outs and workplace design.
