n· Configure and support Dayforce Payroll (earnings, deductions, taxes, pay groups, calendars)
n· Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and statutory compliance
n· Support implementation, UAT, and go-live activities
n· Perform data validation, reconciliations, and issue resolution
n· Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT for integrations and enhancements
n· Provide post-production support and continuous improvement recommendations
nRequired Skills:
n· 5+ years in payroll systems; 2+ years hands-on Dayforce Payroll
n· Experience supporting or implementing payroll for US and/or Canada clientele
n· Solid knowledge of payroll compliance and reporting
n· Proficiency in payroll testing and stakeholder communication
