nKonnectmojo is building India's only CRM designed exclusively for interior design businesses. Our product, Sanyog ICRM, helps interior designers manage leads, create BOQs, track projects, and run their entire operations from one platform. We have 20+ paying customers across 10+ cities and are growing fast.
nWhat you will do
nYou will be the first person a potential customer talks to after they show interest in Sanyog. Your job is to understand their business, show them how Sanyog solves their specific problem, and convert them into a paying customer.
nDay to day:

- n
- Run product demos daily on Google Meetn
- Follow up with prospects who attended a demo but have not signed up yetn
- Work closely with the telecalling team who book demos for you. Review their qualification notes before every call so you walk in preparedn




- Keep Bigin CRM updated after every demo so the team always knows where things standn
- Hit your weekly and monthly conversion targetsn
- Share feedback on what prospects say, what objections come up most, and which competitors they mention. This directly shapes our product and marketing.n
- What we are looking forn
- 2 to 5 years in SaaS sales, inside sales, or B2B sales. You have done product demos before and know the difference between showing features and solving problemsn
- Comfortable on video calls. Camera on, confident, conversationaln
- You listen more than you talk in the first 5 minutes of a call.n

- You are organized. CRM updates, follow-up schedules, daily reporting. Things do not slip through the cracks with youn
- Transparent communication in English and Hindi. Other regional languages are a bonus since our customers are spread across Indian
- Interior design knowledge is not
