n* Assist the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate learning activities
n* Support classroom management while maintaining a positive and inclusive environment
n* Supervise children during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and school events
n* Help prepare teaching aids, classroom displays, learning materials, and activity resources
n* Encourage children's cognitive, social, emotional, language, and physical development through interactive learning
n* Observe and report students' progress, behavior, and developmental milestones to the Lead Teacher
n* Assist children with daily routines, including hygiene, snack time, and transitions between activities
n* Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, protected, and child-friendly at all times
n* Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
