nBabyBillion is building a new parenting media brand.
nWe already reach millions of children through our kids' content. Now we want to build a robust relationship with the people making the decisions for them — parents.
nWe are looking for a Content Lead to build BabyBillion Parenting from 0→1: define the content thesis, create repeatable IPs, build the expert ecosystem and turn it into one of India's largest parenting platforms.

- Identify what Indian parents genuinely care about and build content around itn
- Develop repeatable content formats and IPs across YouTube, Instagram and other platformsn
- Build relationships with child psychologists, pediatricians, educators and other expertsn
- Work with writers, producers and creators to turn ideas into high-retention contentn
- Build a strong parent community and feedback loopn
- Shape the brand,

- n
- 4–8+ years in content, digital media, YouTube, Instagram, journalism, podcasting or creator ecosystemsn
- You have built content, formats or IPs, not just managed a content calendarn
- Strong editorial judgment and storytelling instinctsn
- Excellent communication and on-camera presencen
- Deep curiosity about parenting, child psychology, education and child developmentn
- Comfortable working with experts and turning complex ideas into simple, entertaining contentn
- You understand what makes content click, retain and get sharedn
- High ownership — you enjoy building from scratch with ambiguityn

nExisting parenting audience is a plus, not a requirement.
