Job DescriptionRole:
nThe Manager-Exchange Traded Funds (ETF) role is responsible for overseeing and managing the ETF support fund accounting activities, including NAV validation, reconciliation, and reporting. The role requires 10-12 years of experience in ETF support fund accounting activities and working closely with technology teams for system enhancements, issue resolution, and UAT support.

- Oversee and manage the ETF support fund accounting activities, including NAV validation, reconciliation, and reporting.n
- Work closely with technology teams for system enhancements, issue resolution, and UAT support.n
- Manage the Portfolio Composition File (PCF) process, which defines the exact basket of securities and cash to be exchanged for ETF units.n
- Facilitate the creation and redemption of ETF shares for Authorized Participants (APs) by validating and processing orders,
and ensuring the delivery and receipt of securities.n
- Perform basket validation before settlement to ensure accurate execution of trades.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.n
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to ETF operations.n
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering their professional development.n

- Overall 10+ years of experience in ETF support fund accounting activities.n
- Robust understanding of capital markets and asset management domain.n
