- Create a well-qualified pipeline of prospective clients by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key decision-makersn
- Develop and maintain Sales Plan and ensure achievement of Company sales targets and profitabilityn
- Expected to lead by example and maintain the highest standards of administration in accordance with the agreed sales process, ensuring that the CRM systems are accurately updatedn
- Provide timely feedback to the Director - Business Development, regarding performance, sales activity reports and account strategy concernsn
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessaryn
- Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotasn
- Should be comfortable to Work From officen
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidentialn
- Close current business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;
