nRoles & Responsibilities -
n● Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
n● Manage day-to-day client communication, follow-ups, and relationship management
n● Coordinate with internal teams across creative, media, content, SEO, and operations for smooth execution
n● Ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality expectations
n● Conduct regular client review meetings and maintain clear communication on progress and deliverables
n● Understand client objectives and ensure execution aligns with business goals
n● Track project timelines, approvals, dependencies, and pending actions across teams
n● Support strategy discussions, campaign planning, and client presentations
n● Prepare reports, MOMs, presentations, and status updates for clients and internal stakeholders
n● Identify client concerns proactively and ensure quick resolution through coordination with teams
n● Build solid long-term client relationships and contribute to account growth opportunities
