nJob Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with 3 – 4 years of experience and strong expertise in Zoho Books. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, including invoicing, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliation.

- Manage invoicing and ensure timely billing to clients.n
- Manage Accounts Payable by recording vendor bills and processing payments on timen
- Perform regular bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial recordsn
- Handle banking adjustments in Zoho Booksn
- Maintain accurate expense records with proper documentation and approvalsn
- Ensure all financial transactions are correctly recorded in Zoho Booksn
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statementsn
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.n
nRequirements:

- Bachelor's degree or master's in commerce, Accounting, or financen
- 3 – 4 years of relevant accounting experiencen
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Booksn
- Valuable understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payablen
- Experience in bank reconciliation processesn
- Knowledge of expense tracking and documentationn
- Proficiency in MS Exceln
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.n
