nKey Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify contractor RA and final bills.n
- Prepare BOQs and quantity estimations.n
- Verify site measurements and subcontractor bills.n
- Coordinate with Site, Purchase & Accounts teams.n
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and work orders.n
- Track billing milestones and project costs.n
- Prepare billing MIS, cost analysis, and reconciliation reports.n
- Support budgeting, cash flow planning, and audits.n

nRequirements

- n
- Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.n
- 3–6 years of billing experience with a real estate developer.n
- Robust knowledge of BOQs, quantity surveying, and billing procedures.n
- Ability to read architectural, structural & MEP drawings.n
- Proficiency in MS Excel; AutoCAD & ERP knowledge preferred.n
- Experience in redevelopment/residential projects is an advantage.n
