nOur stores are the most critical touchpoint of customer experience and the interior and exterior fitout plays an significant role in it.
nAs a project manager, you will be responsible for the entire store fitout.
nRoles and responsibilities:

- Leads the entire retail fit out project from bare shell, design finalization to executionn
- Drive innovation and improve store design and retail fixturesn
- Maintenance of retail interiors, exteriors, fixtures and relatedn
- Build and lead a high performance teamn
- Forecast resources needed to complete projects and manage team members in an effective and efficient wayn
- Prepare the budget and the bill of materials and bill of quantity for each projectn
- Maintain all project related documents such as contracts, GFCs, As-builts, warranties, etc. Maintain and monitor invoice submission checklistn
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plann
- Plan and execute interior, HVAC and MEP works at given projectsn
- Develop and maintain rapport with contractors/vendors and/or suppliersn
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project executionn
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as neededn
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Define standard guidelinesn
- Develop a robust maintenance schedule for the upkeep of completed projectsn
nCandidate Profile:

- n
- 5-8 years; ideally 10+ years of work experience in the field and 2+ years in managing a team.n
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design or related field.n
- Proven experience in handling retail fitout projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline especially from Retail background organisationsn
- Must have knowledge in Commercial Interiors, False ceiling, POP, Partitioning, managing Siten
- Expert in Drawing Review; review, scrutinize, value-add drawings. Approve drawings in compliance w
