nRole Overview
nSupport financial planning, budgeting, performance analysis, and business partnering. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights, support decision-making, and improve profitability.
nKey Responsibilities
n• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and monthly planning; track budget vs. actuals
n• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations
n• Perform revenue, cost, margin, and profitability analysis
n• Build financial models; support cash flow and working capital tracking
n• Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other teams on business initiatives
n• Ensure data accuracy, controls, and process improvements
nSkills & Competencies
n• Strong analytical skills and finance fundamentals
n• Advanced Excel; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred
n• Valuable communication and ability to work in fast-paced environments
nQualification & Experience
n• B.Com / BBA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
n• 1–3 years in Business Finance / FP&A; / MIS
