nJob Summary
nWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Operations Analyst to support operational and commercial decision-making through data analysis and business intelligence.
nResponsibilities

- Analyze production performance, capacity utilization, efficiency, and productivity metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.n
- Monitor and evaluate operational KPIs, factory performance, and order execution to ensure on-time delivery and operational excellence.n
- Conduct cost, profitability, and variance analysis, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and improved financial performance.n
- Manage and analyze inventory levels, stock movement, and aging reports to support effective inventory control.n
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.n
- Analyze sales performance, margins, customer profitability,



and pricing trends to support commercial objectives.n
- Support forecasting, budgeting, process improvement, and data automation initiatives across functions.n
- Collaborate with Production, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and other stakeholders to drive business performance.n

nRequired Skills

- n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.n
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and Power Query.n
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools.n
- Knowledge of apparel manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, and inventory management.n
- Understanding of costing, profitability analysis, and financial reporting.n
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.n
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail.n
