Role OverviewnWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Presales Manager to join our growing team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, qualifying leads, explaining project offerings, coordinating site visits,



and supporting the sales team throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Contact and qualify leads generated through digital marketing and other channels.n
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable JD Homes projects.n
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.n
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.n
- Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture and convert leads.n
- Maintain accurate lead data and customer interactions in the CRM.n
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales documentation.n
- Coordinate with sales and project teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.n
- Track lead status and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.n
- Stay updated on project details, market trends, and competitor offerings.n
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and site visit targets.n
