- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programmes, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity.n
- Oversee day-to-day field sales operations and ensure effective implementation of sales strategies.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders.n




- Monitor sales performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective action plans.n
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, operational processes, and regulatory guidelines.n
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within the territory.n

nEligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognised institution.n
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Insurance Sales.n
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing field sales teams.n
- Proficiency in Malayalam (spoken and written) is mandatory.n
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.n
- Good understanding of the Thiruvananthapuram and surrounding Kerala market.n
- Willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based sales environment.n
