nKey Responsibilities
nDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
nAppoint, manage, and support distributors and dealers.
nIdentify current business opportunities and expand market presence.
nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, fabricators, and industrial clients.
nConduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support.
nMonitor competitor activities and market trends.
nEnsure timely collections and maintain healthy customer relationships.
nSubmit regular sales reports and forecasts.

- Mandatory experience in the Welding Consumables / Welding Industry.n
- Experience in industrial or B2B sales will be preferred.n
- Strong dealer/distributor network in the assigned territory.n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.n
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.n
