nWe're looking for a passionate Textile Design Lead to join a leading Luxury Fashion Brand.
nKey Responsibilities:
nLead textile research, development, and material innovation.
nDevelop woven fabrics, surface techniques, and textile concepts.
nCollaborate with mills, weavers, dyeing units, and artisan clusters.
nManage textile sampling, approvals, archives, and vendor relationships.
nPartner with Design and Production teams to ensure quality and timely execution.
nDrive fabric development from concept to production while maintaining the brand's aesthetic.
nIdeal Candidate:
n5–8 years of experience in Textile Design & Development.
nStrong expertise in weaving, fabric construction, yarns,



textile development, and surface techniques.
nExperience with premium/luxury fashion brands, textile-led organizations, or artisan-focused businesses.
nDeep understanding of Indian textiles, handlooms, natural fibres, and craft processes.
nNID preferred; candidates from NIFT (Textiles), MSU Baroda, or Srishti are also welcome.
nCandidates should be based in Delhi/NCR. No relocation will be considered.
