Job DescriptionAbout the Role
nWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales professional to drive new business acquisition and manage strategic relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and key business decision-makers across mid-sized and large enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise IT sales, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.

- Identify, qualify, and acquire new enterprise customers across reputed mid-sized and large organizations.n
- Build and nurture relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CXOs, promoters, directors, and other key decision-makers.n
- Drive current business opportunities and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Order Booking (OB) targets.n
- Develop and execute account plans to maximize cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customers.n
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, pre-sales,



and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.n
- Analyze key accounts, monitor customer requirements, and identify growth opportunities.n
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support business strategy.n
- Ensure weekly and monthly sales KPIs are achieved.n
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information using CRM tools.n
- Adhere to organizational policies and management systems, including Quality, Information Security, Privacy, IT Service Management, and other compliance frameworks.n
- Participate in organizational training, risk assessment initiatives, and contribute to departmental objectives.n

nRequired Skills & Experience

- 4 to 8 years of experience in Enterprise IT Sales, Data Center, Cloud, Managed Services, or Digital Infrastructure solutions.n
