nWhat You'll Do

- Work closely with the Management and Business Strategy team to model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information related to Sales, Products, current initiatives, and the company's organic and inorganic growth.n
- Perform data crunching, data mining, and analyze sales data, including historical performance, market trends, and insights, to identify business opportunities and challenges.n
- Create meaningful reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize and communicate sales performance metrics to the Sales team and Management.n
- Assist in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional customer service.n
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop sales targets and strategies based on data-driven insights.n
- Prepare and monitor weekly sales funnel performance reports.n
- Work closely with Business teams to identify and track potential business opportunities.n
- Monitor product-wise business performance (Target vs. Achievement)



and present key insights to Management.n
- Ensure effective utilization of the CRM system for tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.n
- Manage CRM user access for the Business team and provide support in resolving CRM-related issues.n
- Provide sales representatives with relevant business reports and data, including:n
- Traffic & Revenue Reportsn
- DLT Reportsn
- Sales Funnel & Pipeline Reportsn
- Opportunity Stage Reportsn
- Act as a liaison between the Sales team and cross-functional departments.n
- Ensure the Sales team regularly updates leads, opportunities, and pipeline stages in the CRM system.n

nWhat You'll Have

- n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field.n
- 3–4 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation, preferably in a Sales, Business Strategy, or Marketing environment.n
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and data crunch
