nWe are looking for a motivated and persuasive Business Development Associate to join our team
nThe role involves counselling Indian nurses and working professionals about international career opportunities, including nursing opportunities in Germany and caregiving career programs in Japan, while also promoting relevant German language training programs.
nKey Responsibilities:
n• Connect with and counsel nurses regarding career opportunities in Germany.
n• Guide candidates about the benefits of working abroad, including career growth, lifestyle, and financial stability.
n• Promote German language training programs required for overseas career opportunities.
n• Counsel working professionals interested in building a career in Japan through caregiving programs.




n• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
n• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions using CRM tools.
n• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
n• Build robust relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
n• Coordinate with operations and training teams throughout the candidate journey.
nWhat We're Looking For:
nGraduate in any discipline.
n0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or Counselling.
nFreshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
nStrong verbal and written communication skills in English.
nExcellent interpersonal, convincing, and relationship-building skills.
