nWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in architectural design, preparation of working drawings, and proficiency in AutoCAD. The role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.
nKey Responsibilities:

- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and detailed working drawings.n
- Develop design concepts and assist in the preparation of presentation drawings.n
- Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.n
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants, and project teams for design development and execution.n
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications,
local regulations, and industry standards.n
- Assist in site coordination and address design-related queries during project execution.n
- Prepare design documentation and maintain project records.n
- Review and update drawings based on project requirements and client feedback.n
nRequirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).n
- 2+ years of relevant architectural experience. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.n
- Experience in architectural design and preparation of working drawings.n
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.n
- Positive understanding of municipal regulations and building codes.n
- Strong communication and coordination skills.n
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.n
