Job DescriptionRole: Business Development Manager (SaaS)
nSummary: This is a core sales role at Mygate requiring a true Hunter mindset and strong consultative sales skills. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through daily field visits, actively prospecting new leads, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing high-impact deals. You will own the complete sales cycle — from identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and building trust, to negotiating and winning business.
nRoles & Responsibilities:
n● Execute daily field visits to prospect and acquire new clients
n● Apply a hunter approach to consistently identify and pursue fresh business opportunities
n● Meet and consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
n● Remote Mygate's products/services by positioning value and addressing lenient requirements
n● Built, manage and retain strong client relationships while expanding the customer base
n● Arrange and lead business meetings, demos and client presentations
n● Write proposals,



negotiate terms and close deals
n● Maintain accurate record of sales, revenue and invoices
n● Provide after sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
nRequirements:
n● Robust hunter mentality with the drive to exceed sales target
n● Proven consultative sales skills- ability to listen, diagnose and provide solutions
n● Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills
n● High self-motivation and willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based role
n● Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
n● Ability to work 6 days a week, with extensive client-facing activities
