Job DescriptionThis is a role focused on supporting the Finance Ops Team to perform their tasks in the most efficient and accurate way by ensuring that the systems we use are fit for purpose, configured to extract efficient functionality and continuously mature and improve our systems, and if and when needed suggest new automation. The ultimate goal is to build solid systems foundation to create a strong Centre of Excellence
nThe role will be part of the migration of work from other countries, it will work closely with IT to interpret Finance requirements into IT requirements and follow up on resolution and delivery
nIt is a position that requires strong knowledge of SAP Financials, passion for efficient automation and improvement, planning and communications skills. IT knowledge will definitely be a plus.
nAdminister IT systems used in UK Finance in accordance with UK Finance requirements
nReview non S/4 automation and work with IT on improvements for example: OCR, Expense systems, workflows,



queries tool, S/4 closing cockpit
nWork with Group Finance to improve the interfaces with our Consolidation software and eliminate manual reconciliation between S/4 and Tagetik
nAll interfaces in and out of S/4 are accurate, stable, efficient and data integrity checks are automated eliminating the need to do daily manual checks
nExperience of SAP (S4), Oracle, D365, Netsuite, Workday Financials
nPerform reconciliations of interfaces between SAP and other systems, including Advantage, IPM, Themis
nRun and check the daily controls reports, investigate the reasons for differences, and work with IT to resolve problems
nEnsure compliance with internal & external audit requirements, and legal requirements such as the Data Protection Act
nOther Ad Hoc tasks
nPart qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
