nThe Cluster Manager will oversee the operations and performance of multiple Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) stores. The role is responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, leading store teams, maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing inventory, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving business targets.
nKey Responsibilities
nManage the overall performance of multiple EBO stores.
nDrive sales, profitability, and achievement of KPIs.
nLead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
nEnsure excellent customer service and brand experience.
nMonitor store operations, inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage.
nEnsure compliance with SOPs, audits, and company policies.
nMaintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines.
nAnalyze sales reports and implement action plans to improve performance.
nCoordinate with merchandising, HR, and warehouse teams.
nPlan staffing, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
nConduct regular store visits to review performance and provide support.
