- Generate inquiries and drive sales for gearboxes and power transmission devices while building solid product and brand awareness across the assigned regionn
- Develop and maintain direct relationships with OEM motor customers, executing aggressive follow‐up strategies to achieve brand switchovers and expand market sharen
- Partner with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute advertising campaigns, select effective media channels, and represent the company at trade fairs and industrial exhibitionsn
- Lead the design and distribution of product literature and coordinate mass marketing activities (offline and online)n
- Train and mentor representatives and service engineers, ensuring alignment with sales and service objectivesn
- Collaborate with the Product Engineering Group to support new product development and customer‐specific customizationsn




- Maintain and manage a structured inquiry database to track leads, customer interactions, and conversion metricsn
- Support Sales and Marketing with business cases, product inputs, and service‐related requirementsn
- Contribute to organizational growth through training initiatives and continuous improvement activitiesn

- Strong technical understanding of gearboxes, motors, and power transmission systemsn
