nAbout the role
nNIAT runs a growing set of social pages beyond our main brand handle — regional, topic-led, and audience-led. You'll own a few of them end to end, and you'll be the person who shoots and edits across the wider portfolio.
nYou decide, you shoot, you edit, you post. You're not waiting for a brief — you're on campus, close to the students, and often the first to know what's worth making.
nWhat you'll do

- Own 2–3 pages end to end: calendar, content calls, publishing, commentsn
- Hit the growth targets set for those pages, and diagnose your own missesn
- Shoot on campus — student stories, events, faculty, formats built for Telugu audiencesn
- Edit to platform: Reels, Shorts, carousels, cutdowns, on rapid turnaroundn
- Support shoots and edits for pages owned by others when volume spikesn




- Keep footage organised so one shoot can feed multiple postsn
- Use AI-powered video generation tools to create, enhance, and accelerate social content productionn

nWhat we're looking for

- n
- 1–3 years making social content, in-house, agency, or on your own pagen
- You can shoot on a phone or camera and get usable footage without a crewn
- Comfortable editing in Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or DaVinci — we care what you cut, not what you cut it inn
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (e.g., Veo, Runway, Pika, Kling, etc.) to create and enhance video contentn
- You can read a page's analytics and form a view on what to change next weekn
- Native fluency in Telugu — you'll write hooks and scripts in it, not translate themn
- Based in Hyderabad and able to be on campus regularlyn
