nAbout the Role
nWe are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations during the night shift from our Coimbatore office. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing industry, with strong expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), GST & VAT compliance, and accounting platforms such as QuickBooks and Xero.
nKey Responsibilities
nAccounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)

- Manage the complete Accounts Receivable process, including invoice generation, billing, collections, and aging reports.n
- Handle staffing-specific billing processes, including client timesheets, contractor pay rates, and billing cycles.n
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process, including vendor invoice verification, approval workflows, expense coding, and payment processing.n
- Ensure timely payments and accurate financial records.n

nBank Reconciliation & Financial Operations

- Perform daily and monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) across multiple bank accounts and currencies.n
- Reconcile merchant accounts, credit card statements, and inter-company transactions.n
- Prepare journal entries and maintain the integrity of the General Ledger.n
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.n
