- Minimum 5 years of experience in Prime Segment Home Loan Sales.n
- At least 2 years of experience managing and leading field sales teams.n
- Prime Home Loan industry background is mandatory.n
- Strong experience in self lead generation and market networking.n
- Team handling experience is compulsory.n
- Prior market connections and channel relationships within Bangalore are preferred.n
- Proficiency in Kannada (spoken) is mandatory.n

- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales executives.n
- Drive team performance to achieve and exceed sales targets.n
- Conduct regular coaching, training sessions,



and performance reviews.n
- Manage and monitor field sales operations and sales strategy execution.n
- Build and maintain strong client and channel partner relationships in the Bangalore market.n
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the home loan customer base.n
- Strengthen local presence through networking and partnerships.n
