Job DescriptionPosition: OPT Recruiter (Junior Executive)
nWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated OPT Recruiter (Junior Executive) to join our growing US Staffing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about talent acquisition, networking and building strong relationships with international students and recent graduates seeking career opportunities in the US IT industry.
nThe recruiter will play a key role in identifying, screening and onboarding high potential OPT/CPT candidates into the company's internal bench while ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
nKey Responsibilities:
ni. Source candidates from university portals, LinkedIn and job
nboards (DICE, Monster).
nii. Screen candidates for technical competency and visa
neligibility.
niii. Explain the company's bench model and "sell" the perks of
njoining the firm.
niv. Coordinate with the Onboarding Specialist to ensure a
nsmooth transition of the candidate.
nRequirements:
nRequired Skills & Qualifications




nBachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
n0–2 years of experience in US IT Recruitment or OPT Recruiting.
nBasic understanding of:
nUS Staffing process
nOPT/CPT/H1B visa categories
nRecruitment lifecycle
nBench sales process
nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
nExcellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
nFamiliarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, DICE, Monster and other sourcing platforms.
nAbility to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
nGood negotiation and convincing skills.
nPreferred Skills:
nKnowledge of US IT technologies and skill sets.
nExperience working with international students or fresh graduates.
nUnderstanding of compliance and onboarding processes.
nSocial media sourcing experience is a plus.
