Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Memory Design Engineer with 3+ years of experience in memory circuit design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and verifying SRAM/compiler memory circuits, along with a strong understanding of CMOS analog/digital design principles.

- Design and develop SRAM/compiler memory circuits for advanced technology nodes.n
- Perform circuit design, simulation, and optimization for performance, power, and area (PPA).n
- Design memory sub-blocks such as sense amplifiers, decoders, write drivers, precharge circuits, and control logic.n
- Conduct schematic design, simulation, and verification using industry-standard EDA tools.n
- Collaborate with layout, characterization, and verification teams to ensure first-pass silicon success.n
- Analyze and debug silicon issues, supporting characterization and product validation.n
- Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the memory development cycle.n

- 3+ years of experience in Memory Design.n
- Strong understanding of SRAM architecture and memory design concepts.n
- Hands-on experience with custom circuit design and transistor-level simulations.n
- Positive knowledge of CMOS analog and digital circuit design.n
- Experience with EDA tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, HSPICE, or equivalent.n
- Familiarity with advanced process nodes is an added advantage.n
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.n
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.n

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, VLSI, or a related field.n
- Experience with low-power and high-speed memory design is a plus.n
