nROLE PURPOSE
nThe Sales Executive is the frontline growth engine for Sturlite's Lighting business within the assigned territory. This role is responsible for building and expanding the dealer/distributor network,



driving secondary sales, and ensuring consistent brand availability and visibility across channels.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Drive primary and secondary sales targets within the assigned territory on a monthly and quarterly basisn
- Build, expand, and service a robust dealer and distributor network; identify and onboard new channel partnersn
- Conduct regular market coverage across assigned towns and ensure adequate product availability and displayn
- Execute trade schemes, promotions, and discount programs effectively at the counter leveln
- Track competition activity (pricing, schemes, new launches) and report insights to the ASMn
- Manage outstanding collections and ensure adherence to credit norms with channel partnersn
- Submit daily call reports, sales reports, and market feedback through prescribed reporting systemsn
- Maintain strong relationships with electricians, contract
