nThe ideal candidate should have proven sales experience in the High-end AV Products & AV system integration, Home- Theatre, or Home Automation, with strong contacts in dealer networks, project consultants, or end-users.

- Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.n
- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.n
- Cultivate robust relationships with dealers, system integrators, AV consultants, Architects, Interior Designers, high-net-worth clients /notable professionals/high profile individuals.n
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.n
- Identify new market potential and regions.n
- Oversee in-store events and promotions.n
- Collaborate with marketing for effective promotional strategies.n
- Lead negotiations for high-ticket AV projects/ sales to dealer, collaborating closely with B2B and B2C consumers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.n




- Exhibit finesse and acumen in closing significant sales, contributing to revenue growth and market dominance.n
- Provide exemplary customer service, addressing clients needs, and ensuring lasting satisfaction and loyalty.n

nRequirements:

- n
- Bachelors or masters degree in business, Marketing, or related field or BE/B.Tech in Electronics/ Electrical, Instrumentation.n
- Demonstrable success in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development, preferably within the Premium Audio/Video System Integration Solutions, Home Automation, or related industries.n
- Fluent in Communicationn
- Aggressive, autonomous, assertive, creative, and customer-drivenn
- Creativity and an ability to bring new products to market.n
- Excellent Presentation and Communication skills.n
- High flexibility.n
