nInsights Opinion is looking for an experienced Project Manager - Healthcare to manage online sampling projects for global healthcare and pharmaceutical market research studies.
nThe ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in healthcare online sampling, HCP targeting, panel coordination, sampling feasibility, pharma compliance, AE reporting awareness, PMR process understanding, fieldwork monitoring, client communication, and vendor management.

- Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in project management for healthcare online sampling projectsn
- Prior experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical market research project management is mandatoryn
- Understanding of HCP targeting, medical specialties, pharma compliance, AE reporting, and PMR processes is mandatoryn

- Manage end-to-end healthcare online sampling projects for pharmaceutical and healthcare studiesn




- Coordinate with clients, healthcare panels, vendors, publishers, and internal teamsn
- Review feasibility, target audience, quotas, timelines, CPI, LOI, IR, and project specificationsn
- Manage HCP targeting across specialties, geographies, and respondent profilesn
- Ensure adherence to pharma compliance requirements and project-specific quality standardsn
- Support awareness and escalation of AE reporting requirements as per project/client guidelinesn
- Follow PMR processes, documentation standards, and compliance protocols throughout the project lifecyclen
- Monitor fieldwork performance, sample delivery, quality, conversion, and incidence ratesn
- Troubleshoot project issues related to targeting, redirects, survey links, sample flow, and respondent validationn
- Ensure timely project updates, reporting, documentation, and issue resolutionn
