nLead a team of senior and junior engineers for manufacturing design for recent and current products.
nSupervise and lead people and projects, do project work with team members
nManage work delivery, work quality and work cadence with clients and team
nTrain new team members on processes and tools
nExpert knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Process Planning, Facilities Layout, Line Design, Standardized Work and Factory Automation
nExpert knowledge of Sequence of Events development and Mixed Model Line Design
nExpert skills in Digital Manufacturing
